(Several) Restaurant Openings

If you're like me, then life for you is, basically, a non-stop binge and purge session on disappointment and boredom, halted only momentarily by a new restaurant opening in town.

Here's a bunch:

Restaurant97, the new restaurant at Muse at Park97 is now open. Have a look at the menu and what they're doing here.

570 is now Graffiti, serving "supreme contemporary cuisine, amazing deco, great music, and extremely friendly and outgoing staff." Opening today.

Bistro Burger, Vargas' opportunistic leap into the burger market, should be open by the weekend. The menu is receiving the ample consulting services of Chef Eric "Biggie" Brown -- a man well-versed in the hamburger arts.

Sin's restaurant is now open as well.

Lapis Thai on Hunan Lu is now serving diners, although their official launch is still in the future, as is Restaurant Martin, who kicked out a lovely little ham-heavy cocktail soireeeee last night. Still awaiting the official, official, official opening of that one, though.
