From the Management team who worked at Mint -- Mint was a club in the place where Icons was, Zone something was, and now Ming is -- comes new club Lotus, scheduled for a February opening. Located in the erstwhile home of Naked Cow just south of People's Square, according to the proprietors, Lotus will basically revisit the Mint formula, which was house music, house music, house music -- nnnn tsst, nnnn tsst, nnn tsst, sexy, sexy, sexy, nnnn tsst, nnnn tsst, nnn tsst, sexy, sexy, sexy.
So there you go. Look out for that one.
Also this news means that Bling is now closed because that's what was there before, and Lotus is taking both those floors. I haven't bothered to "fact check" or "do any research", as to "when it happened" and "why" but I surmise that someone took it out back of the barn and put two into the back of its head.
