New Location for Windows Scoreboard

On the heels of their sudden closure a month ago (or two months ago? I don't remember), Windows Scoreboard has secured a new location and are currently renovating the place to get ready for an opening at the beginning of April -- the first weekend of April, most likely.

They're going to be back on Huaihai Lu, down the road more, on the 11th floor of an office building directly across the street from the Barbie Citadel. Speaking with manager Matt, the place is bigger, it will be nicer, there's a patio (I think that's what he said -- goddamn, my memory is shot), and -- most importantly -- they're not going to have neighbor issues.

So there you go. Windows Scoreboard -- bigger, better, faster, more, more, more in the beginning of April, back on Huaihai Lu.

As a side note, just a reminder, Scoreboard is open temporarily in the Windows Too location on Nanjing Lu (next to Plaza 66). I stopped by there over the holidays and if you're missing your Scoreboard, head down there for the month or so before the permanent location opens. Same crowd, cheap drinks, pool, darts, same music... they played "Fullgrown" by the John Spencer Blues Explosion when I was there... how sweet is that.
