MAO Livehouse Shanghai has tossed up the Peaches event listing on their Douban page, which is a fairly good indication that it's all systems go.
Peaches is booked in for April 23. Opening act still TBC -- advance tickets are 200rmb; 260rmb at the door. Here's her MySpace if you want to check out her latest stuff.
