F1 Tickets: Only Two Days Left
By Apr 8, 2013 Activities
Shanghai's Formula 1 Grand Prix is this weekend. SmartTicket is still selling tickets to the race but will stop this Wednesday morning. That means anyone who has yet to buy a pre-sale ticket needs to do so today or tomorrow latest. Tickets start at 380rmb for a three-day pass, and go all the way up to 3280rmb for three-days of VIP action.

We've already closed the ticketing to customers outside of Shanghai and to the hotel package we were offering. If you're based in Shanghai, we can still take orders and guarantee you'll get your tickets by Friday (practice day), but only if you get on it pronto.

All our shuttle busses are already full, so you'll also have to make your own way to the circuit. And lastly, we don't have any parking tickets. Sorry, we never get any of those.

For those who like the drama and the noise of F1 but aren't going to make it out for practice, qualifying or race day, the weekend also has a few loosely related F1 events closer to downtown Shanghai. The most obvious is M1NT's annual Code 20 party on Sunday night, which often draws some of the drivers and the F1 professionals. More on that here.

Bar Rouge also has an F1-flavored weekend, with Felix da Housecat on Friday night, an F1 party on Saturday night and Aeroplane DJing on Sunday. More on all of those in them there links.

For those who just want to watch the race, count on The Camel, Big Bamboo, Shanghai Brewery et al to be screening it on Sunday afternoon.
