Man is there a lot happening in town this week. Just look at our events listings; it's friggin insane. The best news is that we're looking at sunny and bluish-probably-grayish skies (but no rain) for the next few days. So, let's break that list down a bit and take a look at some of the events that take advantage of the good weather...

Patio Parties

On Friday, Mayita celebrates Mexican Independence Day with a rooftop party from 6-11pm. They've got 25rmb margaritas, Sangria, shots and more, plus tacos and food from Maya.

The Commune Market fires up with craft beer, food vendors, and local artists and musicians on the rooftop of The Place on Saturday. Malabar also has a Saturday rooftop party (by borrowing WeWork's), celebrating their fourth anniversary from 12-6pm with their own F&B vendors.

Then over in Jing'an, party crew City Moments' has a block party of live tattooing, food and booze, and Love Bang, Come Correct, Nasty Nate, and others djing. That runs from 2-9pm on Saturday.

Weekend Festivals

The Kerry Hotel hosts their craft beer festival on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-9pm. They've got over 25 international breweries on site as well as food vendors and DJs spinning tunes. Breweries include The Brew, Boxing Cat Brewery, Top Shelf Imports, Moa brewery, Master Gao, and Zapfler, Mr. Li Beer, Goose Island, Craft Republic, Russell Beer, and more. Getting in is free.

Finally, we've got the Shanghai Wine & Dine Festival in the Expo Park with over 1000 varieties of wines and 2500 different dishes available. On top of that, they've got workshops, performances, and other festivities that run from 1-8pm, Friday to Sunday. Tickets are 70-90rmb at the door.
