Brought to you by Pierre Gagnaire himself (see, his name's in the title), this is what it looks like...
Nice, right? Marble and dark woody look, very boutiquey, very patisserie. It's got space for maybe 10 people at tables and the counter, it's got big bright windows. Mind that step though. This is what the pastry looks like.
Hey, that looks tasty! And it was. Tried the chocolate tart, which was creamy and delicious, as well as the classic pain chocolat. Buttery, chocolatey, wafer-y, boulangerie. The damage looks like it's going to be in the 24-30rmb range for coffee and tea, 15-25rmb for the things with "pain" in it, while the desserts are in the 45-50rmb range.
It's open right now, 8am-7pm, from Tuesday to Sunday.
