Should you be overcome with pangs of compassion for all living things this weekend, here's a possible dining option. Vegetarian restaurant Greenology on the edge of Xujiahui Park is doing a vegetarian degustation dinner.
As part of their quarterly International Vegetarian Culinary Exchange Program, they've got Master Chef Marco P. Brueschweiler in the kitchen showcasing his unique style of Swiss/Thai vegetarian fusion cuisine with dishes like asparagus tips with mustard vinaigrette, braised monkey head mushrooms with mixed root vegetables and orange sauce, coconut creme brulee and more.
