This is basically Chef Vinh Nguyen's answer to the Morton's happy hour
, minus the aristocratic airs. Nguyen will be preparing all kinds of pork-laden treats like bacon donuts, tonkatsu milk toasties, and vietnamese fried chicken wings with caramelized peppercorn glaze to go with their cocktails and craft beers.
