You should go to this: The Song Dynasty CD release concert at JZ Club tonight -- All That's Keeping You Here. Local musicians putting it on wax (or CD rather), drawing on a variety of diverse but surprisingly suited-to-each-other genres: post rock, rock proper, folk, soul, jazzzzzzzz.
Good stuff: starts at 8pm. No entry fee. Go right at 8pm because later on in the night there is some sort of cover, me thinks.
