DESCRIPTION
I have a set of spared furnitures which I do not use for the moment .Instead of letting them taking my storage place, I would like to rent them to someone who may find them useful.

I could rent them to you until 31th Dec 2021. Rental is only cost 280rmb /year , which is very cheap, but you need to take care of the transportation yourself, or I arrange a third-party moving service for you with extra cost.

The furnitures need to be returnef to me in Dec 2021,not earlier or later. 4500 RMB as deposit for the furniture is required, and will be refund to you on the same day you return my furnitures. This term will be covered in our contract.

We will sign a contract to protect us both.
