Courtesy of the Expo, the Spanish gov't showboats some of Spain's best chefs, region by region. September 6-12, it's Tomeu Caldentey, of Majorca's one-Michelin-starred Es Moli d'en Bou, paired with Gabriel Kreuther, of NYC's one-Michelin-starred The Modern.
