Just a week after rebranding from Apothecary, The Public is preparing a four course family-style Christmas dinner including dishes like a house made charcuterie Cobb salad, "steak for four," Christmas goose, with sides like red beans and rice with andouille sausage or roasted potatoes. 350rmb per person, four people minimum. Parties under four, subject to four person charge. Two seatings: 5.45-9pm and 9pm-12am.
