Newcomer Hai Pai in the Andaz hotel offers a five-course candle-lit dinner for two featuring delicacies like foie gras, champagne risotto and pan-fried beef tenderloin with truffle, and, for dessert, a bomb Alaska in the shape of a flaming heart with passion fruit sorbet and cream cake.
