Hai Pai in the hip Andaz Hotel serves a French-Chinese crossover tea every afternoon. An array of pastries like chocolate éclairs, mini lobster tarts, ham and cheese sandwiches, creme brulee as well as Cantonese dim sum, like crystal shrimp dumplings and shao mai. Then, to drink unlimited pourings of freshly brewed coffee and Chinese and English teas. Price is 258rmb+15% for two. Daily, 2.30–5.30pm.
