As part of the Omnivore World Tour, Stefan Stiller teams up with chef David Toutain of Agape Substance for an evening of avant garde dining. Dinner will be an eight-course exploration of both chef's signature cuisine with dishes like "Sea Trout - Avocado Sorrel - Rice," "Pigeon Breast, Porcini & Lentils," "Abalone Mushroom - Hazelnut - Clove," and more.
