Kobachi on 56 at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai is introducing three set menus during the winter featuring sashimi and udon, grilled skewers, sushi and hot pot. Chef De Cuisine Gary Wu has created a wide selection of authentic dishes such as steamed abalone with sake, chub mackerel with sea salt, teppanyaki king prawn, teriyaki chicken and scallop, seafood hot pot, beef udon noodles and more. Each set menu is priced at 288rmb+15%. Dinner only.
