This Capoeira Studio was formed this year by a passionate and experienced teacher in the former French Concession. Capoeira is a martial art and a dance - not just a sport but also a lifestyle. This makes it a fantastic way to improve your well-being while having fun. Cardio, strength, flexibility - the more you practice capoeira, the more you’ll build up these elements. Classes are provided for different levels and beginners are welcome. Free trial classes are offered every week. 400rmb per month.
