Fairmont Peace Hotel's Cathay Room serves a lobster brunch buffet to start the New Year. Main course selections include a choice of Boston lobster or Australian Gippsland beef. For dessert, they have a Godiva chocolate sampler plate. 598rmb includes free flow wine, beer and juice. 798rmb includes free flow champagne, wine, soft drinks and juices. All prices are subject to a 15% service charge.
