Chef Blair’s brunch buffet spread features a wide range of delicacies like foie gras terrine, chili & citrus-marinated mussels & clams, fresh ceviche, classic table Caesar preparation, brunch standards like eggs Benedict and more. Brunch is priced at 798rmb+15% per person including free flowing Laurent-Perrier Brut, imported red and white wines, beer and soft drinks. Without wine and beer it's 598rmb+15% per person. Available every Sunday from 11.30am–2.30pm.
