Sumerian Coffee has developed an innovative way to serve coffee. They've combined a 24-hour cold brew technique with a beer tap, and a canister of "beer gas" aka a mixture of 75% nitrogen and 25% carbon dioxide. The result is an ice coffee with cascading bubbles and a creamy head, think Guinness but replacing alcohol with caffeine. They are inaugurating it on March 8 with a 48rmb "bottomless cup" special all day.
