Author, blogger and baijiu aficionado Derek Sandaus introduces the long history of baijiu, how it is made, the role it has played in Chinese life and how to taste the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly. This event will feature a talk, a tasting and a selection of special baijiu cocktails from the staff at Yuan bar. 7–9pm.
