The Public brunch menu offers up classic American bistro fare like chicken and waffles; bacon and eggs florentine; breakfast plates with eggs, toast, bacon and sausage; french toast with Bourbon, bananas and walnuts and the Public Pastrami sandwich with a small side of sweet potato fries. On the lighter side of things is a small selection of soups, salads and omelets. Beer, house cocktails and "imported artisanal teas" cost extra. Runs every weekend from 11am to 5pm.
