The Cathay Room’s champagne brunch on The Bund includes a tableside caesar salad cart, full seafood presentation, savory a la carte selections, a sweet treat to finish and a selection of gourmet nibbles throughout, all accompanied by wines, champagnes and digestives. Price: 598rmb+15% service charge per person, includes three complimentary glasses of Lauren Perrier Brut. Goes from 11.30pm to 2.30pm.
