Tavola's Chef Roberto has created six-course menu for 1388rmb+10% per couple. Dinner features carnaroli rice with steamed lobster; white bean with prawn dumplings and fresh black truffle; homemade spinach ravioli with pumpkin, choice of main between pan roasted veal or deep fried tuna. Then an orange and ginger sorbet as pre-dessert, and to finish, a raspberry velvet cake. Add 180rmb+10% for four wine pairings. Complimentary portrait sketches are available that night. Reservation of four or more guests will receive a weekend lunch voucher.
