Southern Belle will be celebrating Mardi Gras, "Fat Tuesday" on Friday the 13th. If you're looking to start indulging early for Mardi Gras, for 100 rmb Southern Belle is offering a New Orleans style buffet from 6-10 pm. Hurricane cocktails 40rmb. Happy Hour will be going all night. A 50 rmb deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.
