Anken Life, new wellness complex in Jing'An, is teaming up with local grocers Kate & Kimi to get you to "Eat Well - Sweat Well- Live Well." From 12-5pm, all of Anken Life's tenants will offer demos and trial classes. That's free Crossfit, Becycle Spinning, and belly dancing classes. You can drop your kids off at Little Bugz for their free play day while you work out. Lizzy's All Natural will be passing out free smoothie samples. Lots of other food and drink for sale.
