Zheng Bo's solo Weed Party sees the Beijing-born artist rethink Chinese political history through plants. In the same locale as the founding of the Chinese Communist Party back in 1921 - the former French concession, that is - Zheng imagines plants gathering together to revitalize ideas of communism. Sounds kinda cool. Zheng's been working with greenery for a while, most recently in the shape of Plants Occupy Shenzhen for the city's 2014 Sculpture Biennale. The opening takes place 4pm - 7pm, Saturday 18 July
