Scoreboard, the popular dive bar for students foreign and local, has a buy one get one free roasted chicken deal on Mondays from 5pm-9pm. It comes with a side of fries and salad. Two chicken meals go for 40rmb. They've got a pool table, darts, and a pretty decent dance floor that's sometimes dominated by local drunk dudes on weekdays. It's a good place to pregame without spending too much. No cover.
