French Food & Wine Pairing Dinner with Michelin-starred Yves Mattagne from the much-lauded Sea Grill Restaurant in Brussels. Mattagne will present the best of the Sea Grill, along with "Mattagne's Vision on China", using the freshest seafood and whatever else takes the chef's fancy at Shanghai's food markets.
