Donghu Lu pizza / gelato spot Gemma has a happy hour every damn day, with buy-one-get-one on all cocktails, wines by the glass, and beer. Not bad, not bad. Great roadside seating here too, though the occasional homeless may walk up and offer you a flower. No cover. Goes from 6-8pm daily.
