Six Italian chefs do a "epicurean journey through modernist cuisine" at this charity dinner. Riccardo Messina of Acqua e Farina Shanghai, Marco Barbieri and Marco Busatti of Da Marco, Corrado Michelazzo of 10 Corso Como, Giuseppe Tino of Gaia 2, and David Bassan come together for a six course Italian dinner with wine pairing.
