Irish pub the Tipsy Fiddler celebrates St. Andrews Day, the national day of Scotland, on November 29 with a three course meal. That's creamy smoked fish, potato broth haggis, neeps and taties, and raspberry and cream dessert. You also get a glass of single malt scotch with that. Price is 200rmb. Traditional live Scottish music is on at 7pm. The menu is available from 5-10pm.
