About

Upscale restaurant Hakkasan serving Cantonese cuisine has a six course dining menu for Valentine's Day. Appetizers on the menu are amuse bouche, duck skin and pan-fried foie gras, double boiled ginseng chicken soup. Options for the main entree include grilled silver cod, braised baby abalone, Wagyu beef, roasted pork fried rice, and sauteed scampi. The dessert for the evening is "rose sugar nest". Price is 999rmb per person with the 10% service charge included.
