Award-winning Chef Bert Lozey, showcases his Australian culinary creations.The 6-day affair includes an a la carte menu and set lunch menus, accompanied by the prestigious Rosemount Estate and Wynns Coonawarra Estates wines. Chef Lozey's a la carte is available for both lunch & dinner and includes over 15 signatures such as Roast Scallops, Caramelized Pork Belly, Stir Fried Spinach with Potato Cream (78rmb). Other favourites include Parmesan Fried Proscuitto King Prawns, Salt Cod Risotto, Zucchini with Truffle Oil (198rmb) and the Baked Chocolate Chili Mousse, Caramelized Lemon Curd, Honey Balsamic (58rmb). Two and three-course lunch menus are 128rmb and 158rmb respectively. All prices subject to 15% surcharge.
