Expat Neighbors Meetup group throws a spring picnic/potluck in Jing'an. Their last one drew more than 200 people. You're expected to bring food. Some people will have guitars out playing music, and they'll have icebreaker games. More info on their Meetup page. Price to join is 30rmb. Goes from 2.30pm to late. Happens in the park, near the lake.
