This basement café on Dingxi Lu serves up buy-one-get-one-free cocktails for all the ladiiiiies on Wednesdays from 8pm-10pm. They say: "We don't sale fake alcohol, so next morning you'll be fresh and full of energy! Also pool table, foosball, good music and much place to have fun are waiting for you."
