Summer is just around the corner, heralding longer days and lighter cuisine. Xindalu’s chefs have prepared an elegant summer menu featuring snails poached in aged Huadiao wine with preserved plums; bitter gourd tossed with grapefruit paste; and sea cucumber with clams, poached white celery and fresh green peppers. Available for lunch and dinner hours. A la cart pricing.
