Plump Oyster Bar hosts a class on learning to brew basic, beginner-level low-alcohol beer. They'll cover the steps of the brewing process in detail and learn how to dodge the common pitfalls. This will be hands-on and comprehensive, with a some interactive lecture, some crafting, and some drinking. You'll be doing sciency things like measuring and pouring and steeping and dripping, syphoning and boiling and bottling and sipping. They'll have a bunch of samples of homemade beers for you and you'll each get some credit for the bar, too. 200rmb participation fee. Runs 1pm to 4pm.
