One Michelin-starred Sir Elly’s offers its epicurean Lobster & Rosé menu: a six-course lobster carte du jour with rosé Champagne pairings designed by the restaurant’s resident sommelier Kobe Hou. Guests will enjoy a delicious quartet of lobster dishes – black truffle inflected blue lobster carpaccio; poached blue lobster with shrencki caviar and lemongrass jelly; lobster and scallop ravioli and steamed lobster with ponzu sauce – all paired with Veuve Clicqout and Billecart-Salmon rose Champagnes. The journey will continue with roasted Australian Wagyu beef tenderloin, lobster cannelloni and tomato royale served with Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose and finished with the ‘Paris-Shanghai’ dessert.
