Brunch at the historic Cathay Room features a buffet feast of the freshest seafood, including Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, French Oysters, and Sashimi. Other signatures include Foie Gras, charcuterie, European cheeses, fresh salads, cold appetizers, and classic Chinese cuisine. A la carte menu options as well, in addition to a dessert station.
