Shuck Off is China's hottest oyster festival and shucking competition hosted by Oysterlicious in Shanghai from May 19 to May 21. Shuck Off goes beyond just an oyster shucking event; it aims to connect people with oyster chefs and culinary experts from all over the world. In total, this year they have 4 oyster farmers as well as 10 international oyster champions flying out from 7 different countries as oyster ambassadors. The international champions will be also be competing at the final event in Fuzhou for the first ever China World Shuck Cup. Events are taking place at HU Bar, Le Royal Meridien Hotel, and The Plump Oyster. All events are open to the public, with varying prices and times.
