All of Dagu Lu is celebrating Halloween, with a kids trick or treat event on earlier in the day and more adult festivities later on. 11am to 4pm, participating stores are doing goodie bags for kids plus activities. After 4pm, it's a pub crawl for adults -- finish the circuit and get a free shirt. See the flyer for the participating outlets.
