Glam teams up with Hong Kong-based GrassRoots Pantry for an exclusive plant-based pop-up entitled "Autumn in Shanghai." From Char-Grilled Cauliflower Handles to Teff Pumpkin Gnocchi, the creative dishes by Chefs Hamish Waddel and Peggy Chen feature seasonal, organic and locally sourced ingredients which are, wait for it, completely plant-based. Vegetarians rejoice. On November 24 & 25 from 6-10.30pm, there's a 6-course shared dinner available at Glam for 338rmb per/person +10% service charge. November 26 from noon-3pm, there's a 4-course shared Brunch for 298rmb per/person +10% service charge. Reservations highly encouraged, so call ahead.
