Pricing Details and Dates

Deposit: 2000 RMB to secure booking
Final payment: Due 7 days before departure

*Prices are based on per person in a shared twin yurt. Guests who prefer a private room may opt for a single room supplement at an additional cost.

*Participants are required to arrive in Chifeng (赤峰) by the specified start date of the trip. Please note that transportation to and from Chifeng is not included in the package and must be arranged independently at your own expense.


Accommodation

  • Standard yurt (twin share, included)
  • Single occupancy: +600 RMB
  • Private cabin upgrade: +3000–4000 RMB depending on configuration

Room Arrangement Policy

Accommodation is based on twin-share yurts (2 guests per yurt) as the standard arrangement.

Solo travelers will be matched with another same-gender participant where possible. However, roommate pairing is not guaranteed and depends on group composition at the time of departure.

If no suitable match is available, a single occupancy supplement of RMB 600 per person will apply.

Participants may also choose to upgrade to a private cabin with en-suite bathroom at an additional cost, subject to availability.

How to Book

  • Secure your spot by completing deposit payment on SmartShanghai.
  • Once payment is made, the event organizer will contact you to confirm your preferred departure date and booking.
  • Further details, including trip specifics, schedules, and any additional information, will be provided.
  • The remaining balance must be paid directly to the event organizer 7 days before departure. Please ensure payment is completed as per the instructions provided by the organizer to confirm your participation.
  • For any questions or special requests, guests are welcome to reach out.

Once payment is completed, the organizer will confirm your booking and provide full pre-trip details including packing list and meeting instructions.

Spaces are limited due to small group riding structure.


Cancellation Policy

  • 21–7 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable, 1 free reschedule allowed
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 20% penalty fee, 80% credit for future trips
  • No-show or late cancellation: Subject to full loss of payment

  1. Photography Policy
    Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to appear in such materials should inform the organizer in advance.
