Ever wonder what tomorrow will taste like? 'Taste Tomorrow' is a five hour event hosted by 'culinary incubator' Hatchery. It's bringing together the experts, innovators, entrepreneurs, to talk about their predictions on the future of the food scene in China. There'll be a panel including: Eric Sun (Bits X Bites), Austin Hu (Madison Kitchen, Diner, Union Trading Co.), Nat Alexander (Homeslice, Yang Jing Bang), Zhiwei (Penguin Guide), Chris St. Cavish and more. Through the event, there'll be food from Hatchery and a selection of craft cocktails, beers and wines. Goes from 4-9pm, party starts at 6, and costs 228rmb presale, 248rmb at the door.
