Sir Elly’s kitchen prepares six courses with different cuts of beef from the stockyards around the world. From beef tongue with caviar, green asparagus and gribiche sauce to oxtail with mustard ice cream and comté cheese. The six-course meal will condcude with a delicious beetroot tartar with coconut meringue, orange sorbet and toasted hazelnuts. 1,688rmb per person (subject to a 16.6% surcharge).
