Post-Britpop indie pioneers Snow Patrol are playing an acoustic set at the Bandai Namco Shanghai Base Dream Hall this August as part of their Asia 2019 tour. The band have been touring Europe with Ed Sheeran for the past few months, and August's performance will be their debut in Shanghai. Since their formation in 1994, their quite astounding 24-year-long existence has seen them release 7 albums with 15 million global sales and 5 UK Platinum albums, 1+billion global track streams, and nominations for the Mercury Prize and the Grammys. [Update: This show has completely sold out. Not even any on the door. Sorry Snow Patrol fans.]
