Karbido - The Table
Editor's Description
One hour of random compositions, sound interventions and audio-performative actions from Polish avant-garde band Karbido. A piece of furniture – a table – is transformed into a potent musical instrument capable of playing everything from ethereal percussion and jazz to heavy metal. Using strings, bows, coins and wine glasses as well as fists, Karbido produces an exciting, original and innovative performance that is well worth seeing. It will be performed at The Shanghai Grand Theatre from October 24-27 as part of Shanghai Grand Theatre's International Theatre Season.
