December 24 and December 31, diners get a festive feast featuring Nori-Salmon Rolls with Spiced Honey and Pressed Foie Gras with Smoked Duck served with a charcoaled bread apple chutney to start, followed by Roasted Half Boston Lobster with spiced choron and mixed herb truffle dressing, and M3 Australian Black Angus Tenderloin served with spiced winter gravy for mains. For dessert, THE CUT “Flaming Norwegian Cherries” a beautiful parfait made with cherries, served en flambé at the table. Price is 598rmb per person, including a welcome cocktail.
